Sphereiptv DMCA and copyright policy

Sphereiptv is a reseller of streaming services. We do not host, store, record, encode, own or broadcast any of the content delivered through the service. No media files reside on any server we operate, and we hold no broadcasting or distribution rights of our own.

Because content originates with upstream providers rather than with us, the fastest and most complete remedy is usually with the party actually transmitting it. We will nonetheless act on any valid notice we receive, and we will pass it upstream where that is the effective route.

All channel names, logos, programme titles and trademarks referenced anywhere on this website belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively.

Send your notice by email to contact.provideriptv@gmail.com with "DMCA Notice" in the subject line. You may also use our contact form and choose the "Something else" subject, but email is faster and gives you a written record.

Please send notices from an address associated with the rights-holder or its authorised agent, so we can verify the claim without a delay.

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), a notice must include all of the following. A notice missing any of these cannot be acted on, and we will write back explaining what is needed.

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or of a person authorised to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed — or, for multiple works, a representative list.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it: the specific channel name or content title, and where it appears.
• Your contact information: full name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

We acknowledge receipt of every notice. Valid notices are reviewed and acted on within 2 to 5 business days, and usually far sooner. Depending on the claim we will remove or disable access to the identified material, forward the notice to the upstream provider transmitting it, and where appropriate suspend the relevant part of the service.

We keep a record of notices received and the action taken, and we terminate the accounts of subscribers who are repeat infringers.

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to contact.provideriptv@gmail.com with "DMCA Counter-Notice" in the subject line. It must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material removed and the location at which it appeared before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the United States, any district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or a counter-notice can make you liable for damages, including costs and legal fees. Please consider whether the use might be authorised or permitted by law before sending one.
