Sphereiptv Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of sphereiptv4k.com and any Sphereiptv subscription. They are written to be read, not to be skipped — if anything here is unclear, ask us before you subscribe.

Agreement
By using this website or subscribing to Sphereiptv, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe.
What the service is
Sphereiptv is a reseller of streaming services. We do not host, record, encode, own or broadcast any content, and we hold no broadcasting or distribution rights of our own. All channel names, logos, programme titles and trademarks belong to their respective owners, and their appearance on this site is descriptive only.
A subscription gives you access to a streaming line for the term you paid for, on the number of simultaneous connections you chose (between 1 and 5). Every plan carries the same catalogue; the plan determines the term and the connection count only.
Orders, payment and activation
No payment is taken through this website and no card details are collected here. Submitting the subscription form is a request, not a purchase. After you submit it, our team contacts you to confirm availability for your region and to arrange payment directly.
Your line is created after payment is confirmed. Lines are built by hand, so activation usually takes minutes during working hours rather than being instant. Your login is sent to the email address you gave us, so please make sure it is correct.
Prices are published in US dollars on our pricing page. We may change published prices at any time, but a change never affects a subscription you have already paid for.
Free trials
Free trials are offered at our discretion, are limited to one per household, and require no payment details. A trial does not convert into a paid subscription automatically and nothing is charged when it ends. We may decline or end a trial where we see evidence of duplicate or abusive requests.
Acceptable use
Your subscription is for private, personal viewing in your own household. You must not:
- Share, resell, sublicense or publicly redistribute your line or its credentials.
- Exceed the number of simultaneous connections your plan includes, or use tools that attempt to circumvent that limit.
- Rebroadcast, retransmit, record for redistribution, or display the service in a commercial or public venue.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of local broadcasting law.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, attack, overload or gain unauthorised access to any part of our infrastructure.
We may suspend or terminate a line that breaches this section, without refund. Sharing credentials is the most common cause of suspension by a wide margin.
You are responsible for making sure your use of the service is lawful where you live. Availability of particular content varies by territory, and it is your responsibility to comply with the law in yours.
What you need to provide
A stable internet connection is required and is not part of what we supply. As a guide, about 8 Mbps is comfortable for HD, 16 Mbps for FHD and 25 Mbps or more for 4K. A wired connection is materially more reliable than Wi-Fi.
You also supply your own device and player app. We provide setup instructions and will help you install, but we cannot guarantee that every third-party application behaves correctly on every device or firmware version.
Availability and interruptions
We aim for 99.9% availability and run load-balanced servers with automatic failover, but no streaming service is immune to interruption. Maintenance, upstream provider issues, your own network, and changes made by broadcasters can all affect playback.
Channel line-ups change. Channels are added and removed by the upstream sources we resell, and we cannot guarantee that a specific channel will remain available for the whole of your term. If a channel that matters to you is essential, tell us before you subscribe and we will confirm its current status.
Refunds
Because a free trial is available to everyone before purchase, we ask you to use it to confirm the service works on your device and carries what you need.
If your line fails and we cannot fix it, contact us. Where a fault is on our side and cannot be resolved, we will offer a repair, a replacement line, an extension of your term, or a refund proportionate to the unused part of your subscription — whichever is appropriate. Refunds are not given for change of mind after activation, for problems caused by your own internet connection or device, or where a line has been suspended for breaching section 5.
Nothing in these terms limits any statutory consumer right you have where you live.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sphereiptv is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, for loss of profit or opportunity, or for any inability to view a particular event or programme.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription term. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Copyright and rights-holders
We respect intellectual property rights. If you are a rights-holder with a concern about material carried on a stream we resell, our DMCA page sets out how to send a notice and what we do with it. We act on valid notices promptly.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top always reflects the current version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
