Sphereiptv Privacy Policy

This policy describes exactly what Sphereiptv collects when you use this website, why each item is collected, and what we do and do not do with it. It describes the implementation as it actually is — nothing is listed here that the site does not genuinely record.

Last updated: 30 August 2026

01

Who we are

Sphereiptv operates the website at sphereiptv4k.com and provides streaming subscription services. For any privacy question, or to exercise any of the rights described in section 8, contact us at contact.provideriptv@gmail.com. We are the data controller for the information described below.

02

Information you give us directly

The only personal information we ask for is what you type into one of our three forms. Nothing on this site collects information about you passively beyond the technical details in section 3.

Subscription form: your full name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, country, the channels or countries you want, your chosen duration and connection count, whether you want adult content included, whether this is a new line or a renewal, the existing username if you are renewing, and any notes you add.

Free-trial form: your full name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, country, the channels or countries you want to test, whether you want adult content included, and the device or app you will use.

Contact form: your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, country, subject and message.

We never collect payment information on this website. There is no card field anywhere in this application. Payment is arranged with you directly after we confirm availability.

03

Technical information collected with a form

When you submit one of the forms above, our server also records a short technical summary alongside it. This is used for security, fraud and abuse prevention, duplicate free-trial detection, troubleshooting and service administration. Specifically:

  • IP address — taken from the network request, as every website receives.
  • Device type, operating system and browser (including the browser version where the browser reports it) — read from the User-Agent header your browser sends with every request.
  • User-agent string — stored in full, capped in length.
  • Screen and viewport dimensions — reported by the page at the moment you press submit.
  • Time zone and browser language — your browser's own settings.
  • Referrer URL and the page the form was on — so we know where a request came from.
  • Submission timestamp.
  • An advisory VPN, proxy or hosting check — described in section 4.

We do not perform browser fingerprinting. There is no canvas hashing, no font or plugin enumeration, no WebRTC probing, no audio fingerprinting and no device identification of any kind in this website's code. Every value listed above is either a header your browser already sends or a basic setting it exposes to any page.

04

The VPN and proxy check

To help detect duplicate free-trial requests and fraudulent orders, our server performs a look-up on the IP address attached to your submission. Only the IP address is sent — never your name, email, message or any other detail. Two public sources are consulted: an IP-intelligence lookup that reports whether an address belongs to a hosting or proxy range, and the Tor Project's published list of exit nodes.

This check is advisory and is not reliable enough to be treated as fact. It is recorded internally as one of three values — Likely detected, Not detected or Unknown — and never as a certainty. It is never used to automatically refuse or block anyone, and it is never shown to you or to any other customer. If the look-up fails or times out, the result is simply recorded as Unknown and your submission proceeds normally.

05

How we use your information

We use what we collect only to:

  • Respond to your message, trial request or order, and create the line you asked for.
  • Send you a confirmation email and, where relevant, your login and setup instructions.
  • Provide support and troubleshoot playback or setup problems.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse and duplicate free-trial requests.
  • Keep our own service secure and administer it.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not use your submissions to build advertising profiles, and we do not send marketing email you have not asked for.

07

Who can see it, where it goes, and for how long

Form submissions are delivered by email over an authenticated, encrypted SMTP connection to a private internal mailbox. They are read only by the Sphereiptv staff who handle orders, trials and support. The technical summary in section 3 appears only in that internal email and is never included in the confirmation email sent to you.

This website has no customer database. Submissions are not written to any store on our servers — they exist as email in that internal mailbox, and in whatever record we keep of your subscription while it is active. We retain support and order correspondence for up to 24 months so we can handle renewals, disputes and recurring faults, after which it is deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Our email is carried by Google's SMTP service, and the IP look-up in section 4 involves sending the IP address to the third-party services named there. Those transfers may involve processing outside your own country.

08

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these, email contact.provideriptv@gmail.com from the address you used to contact us, and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge.

09

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated on both the client and the server, rate-limited by IP address, and protected by a hidden anti-spam field. Mail credentials are held only in server-side environment variables and are never present in any JavaScript sent to your browser. Our private internal mailbox address is likewise never exposed in page source, in an API response or in any email sent to you.

No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise. If you believe your information has been exposed, contact us immediately.

10

Children

This service is not directed at children and is intended for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

11

Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
